Cinebench R20 and Cinema 4D R20 incorporate the latest rendering architectures, including integration of Intel’s Embree raytracing technology and advanced features on modern CPUs from AMD and Intel that allow users to render the same scene on the same hardware twice as fast as previously. Are those Cinebench r20 scores? Trying to find something to go off of, but not even seeing those Xeons on the test charts. Transposing some numbers from Geekbench put the 12 core Mac Pro (2019) at a 80% performance increase over the 12 core 2013. That and the speed increase to the newer NVME's would probably make it a full 100% increase over your current Macs.
- Cinebench R15, R20 or R23. If you look into Cinebench, you may find there are a few different versions floating around. For all intents and purposes, the latest version (R23) is the best one to use.
- Maxon has released Cinebench R20 for PC and Mac. This is a big update to the popular free benchmark, with its rendering technology now in line with the contemporary Maxon Cinema 4D (R20) software.
